Health and Wellness

Spring is in full swing around our office, and after getting rid of most of the junk food left from the holidays, we restocked our snack bar and fridge with healthier options for our techs and office staff.  Challenging everyone to eat and live healthier is something that we see as an ongoing initiative to improve the work environment with healthier options for our techs and office staff.

Challenging everyone to eat and live healthier is something that we see as an ongoing initiative to improve the work environment.  On the tech side, cleaning out junk in our
email inbox and unsubscribing from time consuming clutter that takes too much time to filter are two ways to operate a little more efficiently. Spending a little time just deleting or filing emails from each day can help maintain an organized email inbox. Much like a weekly clearing of your refrigerator of leftover food from the week, maintaining your inbox can be a regular routine to keep track of tasks and obtain a healthy handle on your priorities. If you would like tips on how to organize your inbox and email folders to start managing healthier work habits, please feel free to email us at learn@hitechsupport.net. If you would like tips on stocking your fridge with easy & healthy snacks for your team at the office, we'd be happy to share our ideas as well- a little effort in making a fruit salad or stocking items like milk and cereal can go a long way-just ask our staff!
